Paul Blinkinsop | Founder & CEO

Originally born at Fort Dix New Jersey, Paul was raised as the son of a United States Army Major. He moved around a lot as a child. He graduated from Duluth High School in Duluth, Georgia and enlisted in the Air Force as a civil engineer electrician shortly after graduation. Through his 12-year enlistment, he was stationed in Europe for 6 years and in the United States for another 6 years. In September 2001 he was deployed to K2, a base in Uzbekistan, where he built a bare base for Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2006 Paul deployed to Balad Air Base, Iraq for 6 months where he was assigned to Security Forces working as the Force Protection vehicle control non-commissioned officer. In 2008 he attended the Police Academy in Cascade County Montana for the reserve Deputy program. After spending some time in Kentucky working as an electrician he decided to move to Wyoming where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Wyoming.

“The idea for GiG came to me while I was still on active duty during a trip to see my parents in 2008. At the time I was contemplating my life's direction, and prayed asking God what he wants me to do with my life, what is His purpose for me? Through reflection, I asked "What do I enjoy doing?" The answer was simple. I really enjoy playing video games. A connection was made to use this hobby to further God's Kingdom which became my new mission in life and the beginning of God Inspired Games.” - Paul
